Tentang Saya (About Me)

I was born in Montasik, Aceh Besar, 13 July 1970. I completed undergraduate study of Chemical Engineering at Syiah Kuala University (Banda Aceh, Indonesia) in 1996. In 2003 I received M.Eng.Sc from Chemical Engineering Dept University of Malaya (Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia) with research field of process control of bioreactor. At the same year I was registered as PhD candidate in Chemical Engineering Dept, McMaster University (Hamilton, Canada). Related to the 2004 Tsunami Disaster devastating my hometown, I decided to withdrew from the program in 2005.I have been serving as teaching staff in the Dept of Chemical Engineering Syiah Kuala University since 1997 and teaching subjects of Process Control, Numerical Method, Applied Computation (Undergraduate program) and Islam, Science and Technology (Master Program). My research interest is in field of mathematical modeling and control My research. Recently, my focus is in Food Drying Process.
