Dr. M. Nizar Machmud, S.T., M.Eng
Tentang Saya (About Me)

Dr. M. Nizar Machmud, who has usually been called as "Nizar" or "Jay" or/and "J", was born in Denpasar on March, 1972. After finishing his elementary and high schools in Banda Aceh, due to his interesting to mathematics and physics, he enrolled as student at Department of Mechanical Engineering, Faculty of Engineering, Universitas Syiah Kuala in 1990 and graduated in August 1996. Two years after graduating for the Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering, he joined his almamater as Associate Lecturer and then had opportunity to enroll Graduate School of Science and Engineering, Tokyo Institute of Technology, Tokyo, Japan, as research student for Master and Doctoral Degrees at Department of Mechanical and Control Engineering with Monbukagakusho Scholarship (G to G) in April 2001. He then graduated for each of the degree in March 2004 and in March 2007, respectively. He has been a Lecturer since May 2014 at Department of Mechanical Engineering, Faculty of Engineering, Universitas Syiah Kuala, Darussalam, Banda Aceh, Indonesia
