DR. SALMAWATY, M.SC.
I joined with the Syiah Kuala University as a teaching staff in Mathematics Department since October 1989, at the beginning of the development of the Mathematics and Sciences Coordinatorate which represented as the preparation for the establishment of Mathematics and Natural Sciences Faculty (FMIPA). Up to now I have been serving for students of the undergraduate and graduate programs. I am also currently involved in the Mathematics Education Graduate Program, either for teaching or thesis evaluating.
I have been working in the fields of Mathematic Applications, Numerical Method and Analysis, and since the last ten years I have been interested in Ethnomathematics, particularly for the ones in Aceh culture.
