I have been a lecturer at the Department of Chemical Engineering, Faculty of Engineering (FT), Syiah Kuala University (Unsyiah), Banda Aceh, Indonesia since 1999. I got my Sarjana Teknik (S.T.) degree in Chemical Engineering at the Department of Chemical Engineering at the FT Unsyiah.  By the blessing of Allah Subhanahu wa Ta'ala, Indonesian government (TPSDP fund) sent me to Australia for Master of Engineering (M.Eng.) in 2005, and I got my M.Eng. degree in Chemical Engineering in 2007 at the Department of Chemical Engineering at Curtin University of Technology, Australia. By the blessing of Allah Subhanahu wa Ta'ala, I was awarded Curtin International Research Tuition Scholarship from Curtin University (Australia) and Top-up Scholarship from Parker Center (Australia) for Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in 2007, and I got my Ph.D in Chemical Engineering in 2010 at the Department of Chemical Engineering at Curtin University, Australia. I was awarded a Professional Engineer (PE) in 2009 based on the Competency Demonstration Report and Skill Assessment by ENGINEERS AUSTRALIA, and I was awarded an Academic Leader in Technology 2018 by Syiah Kuala University. I have been an AMIChemE in United Kingdom since 2008, a member of the International Association Engineers (IAENG) and a member of Chemical Engineering Alumni Foundation (YATEKA) since 2011. With Allah's grace, he has completed his Bachelor's Degree in Qur'anic Studies and Tafsir (S.Ag.) in 2026 from the Al-Qur'an and Tafsir Study Program, STAI Al-Hidayah, Tasikmalaya, West Java Province, Indonesia.
