I was born in Banda Aceh on August 13, 1963, graduated in 1989 from the Department of Electrical Engineering, Faculty of Industrial Technology, Institute of Technology, November 10, Surabaya (ITS), completed a Master of Science from Bandung Institute of Technology (ITB) in 1995. Became a lecturer at the Faculty of Engineering since 1990. Secretary of Electrical Engineering Department 1997-1999, Chairman of Electrical Engineering Department 1999-2001. I now heads the Electronic Engineering Laboratory of the Department of Electrical Engineering, Faculty of Engineering, Syiah Kuala University. Interest areas of Microelectronics, VLSI Design, Wireless Sensor Network, and Microelectronics Applications.
