Professional Summary
I am a lecturer at the Civil Engineering Department of Syiah Kuala University, Banda Aceh, Indonesia. I am also at present Vice Rector for Students Affairs of Syiah Kuala University. I did my undergraduate study at Syiah Kuala University (1989), then continued to doctoral degree at The University of Takushima, Japan (1998).I taught courses in Hydrology, Ports, Urban Drainage, Irrigation and water resource development. I researched in the field of rainfall interception loss by coffee plantation and oil palm plantations. Some detailed engineering design I've ever produced, among others, the detailed engineering design of irrigation and dams, ports and urban drainage.
