I. ABOUT ME. I am a lecturer at Syiah Kuala University, Banda Aceh and graduated from Department of Animal Husbandry-Syiah Kuala University (undergraduate) and Nagoya University, Japan (master and doctor program) in field of livestock biotechnology related to animal genetics application and nutrition. I have been a lecturer at Syiah Kuala University since 1990, and pursue teaching, research and community service in line with my duties. I have been Director of Diploma 3 Livestock and Animal Health since 2003-2007 and has also joined the Quality Assurance Agency (BJM) of Syiah Kuala University since 2002. Since 2006, I have been trusted as the Academic Internal Audit Manager (AIMA) of Syiah Kuala University until 2015. I also have experiences as Head of Poultry Laboratory (2003-2006), Head of Livestock and Reproduction Livestock Laboratory (2008), Farm University of Syiah Kuala University (2012-2016) and Head of Field Laboratory Laboratory (2016-present). I am also still trusted as Chairman of Center for Quality Management System Development -LP3M of Syiah Kuala University since 2016 until now. In addition to performing duty as a lecturer, I am currently active as an advisor and facilitator of Internal Quality Assurance System (SPMI) of Higher Education, Accreditation, Internal Audit, ISO and Internal Management of Higher Education. Currently I hold AIMA certificate, Quality Facilitator for Kemenristekdikti, Coach Mutu-Helm Project, certificate of academic quality auditor and lead auditor ISO 9001: 2015. In addition, to performing teaching and research assignments, I also act as an auditor and a motivator for the empowerment of human resources and entrepreneurship. Also actively writing book from the research activities. I am also raising entrepreneurship and launching the Entrepreneurship program through the CoF (course on farm) program for student and alumni. I wrote many books and publications both nationally and internationally. My reasearch team have been successfully publised is the local Chicken Superior (ALPU) and kamaras chicken as a new breed of local chicken. Until now has produced several types of books that can be found in famous bookstores in Indonesia. The most popular book is related to the results of research of superior broiler locally awarded as innovative researchers Indonesia in 2013 by DIKTI. I am also active in LIPI cooperation for Iptekda-LIPI Program and international research cooperation.
