ARHAMI was born in Janarata Aceh Tengah, Indonesia, on May 27, 1972. He graduated with the Bachelor Engineering, in Mechanical Engineering Department, Syiah Kuala University, Aceh, Indonesia, in 1997. Upon graduation, he worked as a lecturer in the Mechanical Engineering Department of Syiah Kuala University, Indonesia since 1998. He subsequently enrolled at the Institute Technology of Bandung, Indonesia in 2003, where he was awarded the Master of Technology, in Aeronautic and Astronautic Engineering in 2005. He received his PhD degree in Faculty of Mechanical and Manufacturing Engineering, Universiti Tun Hussein Onn Malaysia (UTHM), Malaysia in 2014. His PhD work was on the “Design and Analysis of an Unmanned Small-scale Air-Land-Water Vehicle”. He lectures on mechanical engineering design, finite element method, statics, mechanics of materials, machine element, computational method, engineering dynamics, engineering measurement, modeling and simulation system.
