Bukhari Yusuf, born in Pidie. Graduated with a Bachelor of Economics degree at the Faculty of Economics, Syiah Kuala University and Master's Program in Human Sciences Faculty, International Islamic University of Malaysia with Sociology concentration. Become a lecturer at the Program Study of Socioloyy in 2009. The focus of interests, in general, are focuses on theoretical studies both classical and contemporer, sociology economics and developmental issues. I am taking Care of the Subjects of Modern Sociological Theory, Classical Sociological Theory, Social Structure, Sociology of Economics and Sociology of Development. I Have already produced some research in the field of economic sociology. I have been the coordinator of department of Sociology since 2014 and now serves as chairman for the second term. I am visioning that the need for sociological analysis is ever growing as it reflected in growing concern on social problem faced by society. The department is now endure much focus on post conflict development at the same time training students on capacity building and economic creative. As part of my economic research interest, i am now focusing much of my career on development of economics shariah and its effect on wider social interaction and social structure

Bukhari Yusuf,  lahir di Pidie. Menyelesaikan pendidikan Program Sarjana Ekonomi pada Fakultas Ekononomi, Universitas Syiah Kuala dan Program Master pada Fakultas Human Sciences, International Islamic University of Malaysia dengan konsentrasi Sosiologi. Menjadi staf pengajar pada Program Studi Sosiologi 2009. Fokus kajian, secara umum fokus  pada kajian teoritikal, bidang ekonomi dan pembangunan. Mengasuh Matakuliah Teori Sosiologi Modern, Teori Sosiologi Klasik,  Struktur Sosial, Sosiologi Ekonomi dan Sosiologi Pembangunan. Sudah menghasilkan beberapa penelitian bidang Sosiologi ekonomi. Pernah menjadi Sekretaris Lab pada Prodi Sosiologi dan sekarang menjabat ketua Program Studi Sosiologi.
