Tentang Saya (About Me)

Dian Darisma was born in Meulaboh, West Aceh. He obtained his bachelor degree in Physics, University of Syiah Kuala in 2013. He continued his study to take master degree at Bandung Institute of Technology in 2014 that focus on exploration for geothermal potential at Geothermal Engineering Study Program. In 2017, he decided going back to Aceh to be a Lecturer in Geophysical Engineering. In 2024, he finished his PhD at Tohoku University under Energy Resources Geomechanics Laboratory
He is interested in inversion and modeling problem in Geophysics, especially for geothermal problem to describe a geothermal system. Now, he do research about microseismic characterization from a geothermal field (induced seismicity).
