LECTURER AND RESEARCHERS IN THE FACULTY OF AGRICULTURAL UNIVERSITAS KUALA UNIVERSITY IN THE FIELD OF SPECIAL RICE BREEDING OF PLANT BIOTECNOLOGY TO DEVELOPMENT OF RICE THAT TOLERANT TO GLOBAL CLIMATE CHANGE, MAINLY CREATING A SUPERIOR RICE VARIETY RESISTING DRIED AND HIGH YIELD.. GRADUATE UNIVERSITY OF SQUARE S-1 YEAR 1989, AND GRADUATE OF S-2 AND S-3 IN UNIVERSITIY OF TOHOKU, SENDAI, JAPAN, WITH RESEARCH AWARD  FROM THE JAPANESE GOVERNMENT FOR 1994-2000, AND ALSO FROM JIRCAS FOR 2004-2005 AS POSTDOCTORAL PROGRAM.  APPRECIATED AS THE CHAIRMAN OF AGROTECHNOLOGY DEPARTMENT FOR 2008-20012, THEN, DEVELOPED TO THE DIRECTOR OF ACADEMIC FOR  2012-2017.



NOW, AS DIRECTOR OF ACEH RICE RESERACH INSITUTE, DEVELOPING RICE PLANT FOR ADAPTING THE IMPACT OF GLOBAL CLIMATE CHANGE TO DEVELP SUPERIOR VARIETY OF RICE PLANT
