Professional Summary

Elizar is a lecturer at mathematics Education Department since January 2018. She completed her bachelor degree in mathematics education at the Syiah Kuala University in 2007. She completed  her master of education (mathematics and technology) in 2012 and Doctor of Philosopy (Ph.D) in 2017 at the University of Adelaide, Adelaide, South Australia. Her research interest includes higher order thinking (HOT) skills in mathematics , quantitative research, large scale assessment, Rasch analysis, Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) and Hierarchical Linear modelling (HLM). She is also interested in promoting academic integrity among university students. As an academic, she has also been active in encouraging students to pursue further study overseas and seek for scholarships.
