Professional Summary
Elly was born in Aceh Besar, April 8th 1983. She obtained her bachelor in nursing at the University of Syiah Kuala (2007). In 2008-2010, she pursued her postgraduate nursing program at the University of California-San Francisco, USA, underNursing Leadership and Health Systems department. She then moved to the United Kingdom in 2012to continue her education for Ph.D program at the University of Sheffield. Following the completion of her Ph.D in nursing, she decided to be an academician at Syiah Kuala University on April 2014.
Her area of interests: Nursing Leadership; Health Outcomes; Management in Nursing; Health Economics; and Community Nursing
