Enzus Tinianus was born in Aceh Selatan on 21st July 1974. Graduated in 1994 for bachelor of law at Syiah Kuala University. Master’s Degree in Law was completed in 2014 at Syiah Kuala University. He has been tenured as a lecturer since 2000 in International Law Department, Faculty Law, Syiah Kuala University. In addition, he has also appointed as a Coordinator of Religious Subject at syiah Kuala University, as Vice Director of UP3AI (Unit Program Pendamping Pendidikan Mata Kuliah Agama Islam), Humanitarian and Refugees Study Center - syiah Kuala University namely PSHP - Unsyiah, Advisor at student Activity Unit (UKM - RESIMEN Mahasiswa Unsyiah called MENWA), and Vice Chief Islamic Religious Assembly (namely Dewan Dakwah Indonesia Aceh Province) at Aceh Provincial level. He also teach subject International Law, International Law of the Sea, Humanitarian Law, Islamic Law, etc. His research interests cover international law, humanitarian law, Islamic law and law of the sea.
