I completed my master degree from School of Biological, Universiti Sains Malaysia in 2004 with concentrate on biochemical analysis studies. My PhD degree also received from Universiti Sains Malaysia, at Div Bioresources, paper and Coatings School of Industrial Technology in 2017. Since 2018, I lead of analysis of food and agricultural products laboratory in Agricultural Product Technolgy Dept, Faculty of Agriculture. Our Lab have received laboratory grant from Unsyiah to develop and prepare for laboratory accreditation. I give lectures on subject of Plantation Processing (Cacao, Sugar cane and Palm Oil), Unit Operations, and food packaging, food analysis, and Industrial project planning studies. My research interest includes food and chocolate processing, and biocomposites from agricultural and forestry wastes, especially Oil Palm industry waste to produce nanocellulose as future material for various application, such as reinforced in polymer matrix.
