Fadhilah was born in Banda Aceh February 11, 1961, Education Level: S1 Family Welfare Education at Faculty of Teacher Training and Education Universitas Syiah Kuala Year 1984. Master of Educational Management at Syiah Kuala University Graduate School. PhD Education at North University Malaysia. Started as Lecturer of Family Welfare Education Studies Program of FKIP University Syiah Kuala 1996 until now. Become the Head of Welfare Education Program from 2007 to 2009. Educational field that is taught by management of education and technique of decorating cloth.
