Tentang Saya (About Me)

Fahri Heltha was born in Kotabakti, Pidie, Aceh, on September 16th, 1963. I was graduate from Degree Program of Telecommunication Engineering, Department of Electrical Engineering, the Institute of Technology November 10th, Surabaya, on 1988. Since graduated, I was join some private companies in Aceh like CV Infotek (Informatics Technology), CV Artecten (Architect Consultant), etc., started as Technical Engineer, Consultant Engineer, and became a Director of CV Infotek on 1992. We were design and build some tv cable systems in rural areas of Aceh, like Perumnas Jeulingke, Perumahan Dosen Sektor Timur and Sektor Selatan, Kopelma Darussalam, Banda Aceh, which the centralized system was receive television signals from communication satellites as repeaters: like Palapa, Intelsat, and so on. The centralized system transferred the signal to costumer houses via coaxial cable. In 1990, I was quit from companies and started working as a Lecturer in Mechanical Department of Faculty of Engineering, Syiah Kuala University. I was also ever became a coordinator of CNC/CAD-CAM Laboratory of Mechanical Department around 1993, where the laboratory was a higher education institution development project between goverments of Indonesia and Austria. In 1997, I, as a leturer, have been transferred to other Department, Division of Control Engineering, Electrical Engineering Department, University of Syiah Kuala. I was getting chances to pursue my study on master degree in Japan under OECF scholarship. .I was graduate from Master Degree in Control Engineering of Mechanical System Department of  Nagaoka University of Technology, Nagaoka-shi, Niigata-ken, Japan, on 1988.  I have passion in teaching and research, especially in the field of Automatic Control and Industrial Automation. My reasearch interest is consistently in the field of Optimal Robust Control of High Order Dynamic Systems and Industrial Automation.
