Tentang Saya (About Me)

My name is Hamdi Harmen. I was born in Banda Aceh, November 8th 1969. I  was graduated from Faculty of Economics University of Syiah Kuala in 1995 majoring in human resource management. And then I continued my study for a master degree at University of Syiah Kuala. I completed my study at this university in 2002 specialized in Human Resource Management from Faculty of Economics and Business. I have been serving my institution as a lecturer since 2002. I have a particular interest in human resources management, organizational change and behaviour and topics related to human resource development.
