Helmi is a lecturer in government studies at the faculty of social and political in Universitas Syiah Kuala, which has a concentration and expertise in studies, institutions, regional autonomy and bureaucracy. He was born in Bireuen on April 27 1988. who then took a bachelor's degree in political science at the faculty of social and political science in 2008 and graduated in 2012 at Universitas Syiah Kuala. The background of political dynamics that occurred in post-peace Aceh has had a paradigm shift about governance that gave birth to Law No 11 of 2006 concerning Aceh Government. to be the reason for continuing the study of government science master in 2014 and graduated in 2016 at the Universitas Muhammadiyah of Yogyakarta and later become a permanent lecturer in the Faculty of Social Sciences at the Universitas Syiah Kuala. And became a manager in various institutions in Aceh that have the direction of political and government change.
