Professional Summary
I am a lecturer at Faculty of Veterinary Medicine, Universitas Syiah Kuala, Banda Aceh, Indonesia. I obtained my bachelor degree in veterinary science in 1997, and Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) in 1999, from Faculty of Veterinary Medicine, IPB University. I graduated from master degree in Medicinal Chemistry, School of Pharmacy, Bandung Institute of Technology in 2004. I enrolled doctoral programme at Natural Products Laboratory, Institute of Biology, Leiden University, the Netherlands, in 2012. My research interests are especially in herbal medicine related to infectious and degenerative diseases, and in Natural Deep Eutectic Solvents, green solvents that have been used widely in secondary metabolite extraction, enzymatic reaction, agrochemical industry, and many more.
