Irham Fahmi, SE., M.Si is a permanent lecturer at the Syiah Kuala University Faculty of Economics. Currently placed on a management study program with the field of knowledge of Fortofolio Management and Investment Analysis. Bachelor of Economics (SE) obtained at the Faculty of Economics of Syiah Kuala University, and Master of Science (M.Si) is obtained at the Graduate Program of Universtas Padjadjaran. The most frequently taught courses are Financial Management, Business Feasibility Study, Business Risk Management, and Corporate Budgeting. In the activities of writers as lecturers are also involved in activities of dedication such as KKN supervisors, and various studies with Aceh government agencies. Besides, the author is also involved in international conference and has produced various textbooks sold at the national level, with publishers such as Alfabeta, Salemba Four, Mitra Discourse, and Refika Aditama. In the concept of teaching the writer before teaching prepare the teaching materials both in the form of power points, exercise questions, and materials when distributed to the students with the aim that students become easier to understand every science that is taught. Included in each meeting do question and answer with the students and monitor the condition of scientific development of students in understanding each subject taught. Currently the author has been involved in testing and guiding students in making thesis. The concept of guidance that the authors apply is fulfilled the concept of science and able to solve every research is basically as well as reach the expected conclusion. Educational Development with a focus on student cadre leading to academic progress that builds on and prioritizes ongoing consolidation. I also prepare the teaching intensely every time, including preparing the teaching materials modules to always be distributed to the students who amasuk classroom. housework, home duties are also helpful to students as well as better education and teaching as well as making the teaching intense. in this case, building relationships with senior lecturers is also a top priority so hopefully there will be a synergic development in building a Shia university university campus, especially the economics faculty we love together. It is the ultimate goal of all these goals. 

The academic competency that I have becomes more important and feels when taught in the classroom which is followed by question and answer and comprehensive discussion especially this also occurs when homework is followed by ongoing discussion in the classroom so that understanding of science is better and is expected to be continuity. This concept is mainly often applied in various other universities. I strive to teach students the concept of learning that is professional and upholds pure academic values

Hubungan baik dengan para mahasiswa terwujud dalam bentuk berhasilnya mahasiswa tersebut ketika selesai kuliah dan mendapatkan pekerjaan yang benar-benar layak sehingga memeberi dampak pada kepuasan mahasiswa dan kesejahteraannya di kemudian hari. Tentunya ini akan membangun negara Indonesia secara bernilai kompetitif dimasa akan datang.
