Irma Suryani, SE. MBA  was born in Banda Aceh, August 7th 1988. She is currently a Human Resource Management lecturer at Management Departement, Faculty of Economics and Business, Syiah Kuala University. She received her master of Business Administration (MBA) titile at Oregon State University, Oregon, USA, concentration: Human Resource Management in Fall 2014. Her bachelor degree at Syiah Kuala University, Banda Aceh, concentration: Human Resource Management. Her research interests include Human Resource Management, Organizational Behavior, Industrial and organizational psychology, specifically personality traits, knowledge sharing, and creativity. She serves as administration staff at SP4 (Budgeting and Planning System) for Faculty of Ecnomics and Business as well as the editorial team of Jurnal Manajemen dan Inovasi (JMI) in her department.
