Professional Summary

"Don’t judge a book by its cover"

Professor Ismail Sulaiman, was born in Banda Aceh, Indonesia in 1980. Friends have called him Bang Bois since childhood until now. My first career was as a lecturer at Universitas Syiah Kuala  in December 2003 and then I continued my studies at Universite de La Rochelle, France. I graduated with a Bachelor of Agricultural Product Technology (S.TP) in 2003. Then I continued my bachelor's degree at the Universite de  La Rochelle (Maitrise) (2007), master's degree at the Universite de La Rochelle (2008), and doctoral degree (2013) at the Universite de La Rochelle, France. While at Univiersitas Syiah Kuala I have been the secretary of the Department of Agricultural Products Technology (2014), secretary of the Unsyiah Career Development Center (2015), and head of UPT. Syiah Kuala University Press 2015 to 2019, secretary of the Department of Agricultural Products Technology (2020 to 2024), lecturer in Master of Agricultural Industrial Technology 2015 until currently (2023 to 2027) seconded to the Dean of the Faculty of Fisheries and Marine Sciences at Universitas Teuku Umar. During my PhD, I was a member of Society for Laboratoire des Sciences de l’Ingénieur pour l’Environnement. Some grants are followed at the DIKTI level such as Higher Education Excellence Research and also KKN PPM and are active in writing in various professional associations in improving the quality of research and community service to support the tri dharma of higher education. In addition, it also plays an active role as an assessor of BNSP, as Chairman of TUK Food Industry, and as chairman of PK-KM in 2021. Specialization: Snack Industry Technology | Moving Heat and | Masses | Industry Management | Fast Camera | Expansi Drying | DIC (Détente Instantane Controle) | Wine Coffe | Taro. Current research project: Wine Coffee, and Clarified Coffee
