Dr. Irwan Saputra, S.Kep, MKM. Born in Buloh Blang Ara, October 16, 1978.
Graduated with a Bachelor of Nursing in 2003 in Medical Faculty of Unsyiah, Master Degree in Public Health at University of Indonesia in 2008, then pursue to Ph.D at UKM and UNU-IIGH Malaysia. Currently as a Lecturer at Magister of Public Health Program. Since 2015 he has been active as the consultant for health care services and health care financing.
