Tentang Saya (About Me)

Jufridy Ismy borned in Banda Aceh, 29 October 1976. Active as Lecture and Researcher in Faculty of Medicine, Syiah Kuala University since 2005. I am recieved Bachelor of Medicine degree from Faculty of Medicine, Syiah Kuala University in 2000 Medicine Doctor (MD) degree from the sameinstitution in 2002. In 2009, I am graduated from Residency Trainning in Urology Surgery of Faculty of Medicine, University of Indonesia and receive Urology Surgeon degree (Spesialis Urologi/Sp.U). In 2017, graduated from Doctoral Program in Medicine from University of Padjadjaran, Bandung with dissertation title “The Effect of Superoxide Dismutase (SOD) on Inducing Apoptosis in Prostate Cancer Lines”. In 2017 I was appointed as chairman in the Faculty of Medicine of the Undergraduate Program (Doctor of Education S1 Study Program). I am currently active as chair of the Medical Faculty Physician Program, I am also active as a lecturer and surgical staff at the Urology Division, Department of Surgery, Faculty of Medicine, Syiah Kuala University / dr. Zainoel Abidin Banda Aceh. Research interests include general urology, oncology and endochemical surgery. I am also active in the Indonesian Surgical College as a examiner and coordinator of the Sp-I Specialist Medical Education study program.
