Prof. Dr. Ir. Khairil, MT was born in Lamnga Montasik Aceh Besar on October 26,1966. Ricently his affiliation as a professor in combustion engineering of mechanical engineering department of Syiah Kuala University. He has a lectured of thermodynamic, energy conversion mechanic, combustion engineering for under graduated students in mechanical engineering department. He has also lectured of advanced thermodynamic engineering, energy management and fuel and combustion for master students.Research topic interesting in thermal energy, especially coal and/or biomass combustion. He has International research granted by NEDO from 2002 to 2005, Indonesian government by DIKTI and Syiah Kuala University. Many research has already published in international journals, national accredited journals and lecture books. Syiah Kuala University have already awarded as a second best in research in 2004, as a second best lecture at faculty engineering in 2005 and satya lencana 20 years awarded by Indonesian government in 2011.
