Lia Sautunnida., S.H., MCL has served as a lecturer and researcher at the Law Faculty of Universitas Syiah Kuala (USK) Banda Aceh since 2015 in accordance with the Provision of Minister of Education and Culture on April 4th, 2015 No. 80604/ A4/ KP/ 2015. She was born on April 16th, 1986 in Indrapuri, Aceh Besar. She accomplished her undergraduate studies at the Faculty of Law Universitas Syiah Kuala (USK) Banda Aceh in 2008. She received her master's degree at Ahmad Ibrahim Kulliyah of Laws (AIKOL) of International Islamic University Malaysia (IIUM) in 2012. She was admitted as an awardee student of Aceh Government Scholarship in collaboration with the USK Split-Site Program in 2019. Currently, she is a PhD student at the Faculty of Law University Malaya (UM). Her research interest is Personal Data Protection, Civil Law, Civil Procedural Law, Alternative Dispute Resolution, and Intellectual Property Rights Law. She loves being a lecturer because she can always enhance her ability and develop her knowledge. Therefore, she personally believes that “Teaching is the best way to learn”. Thus, she can also learn from them by delivering and sharing knowledge with students simultaneously.
