My name is Dr. Lukman Hakim, SP., MP. I was born in Banda Aceh, 03rd of November 1978, and becoming a lecturer since April 2006 until now. In the beginning of my teaching experience, I initially applied one-way teaching method, which at last gave difficulty in feedback accessing of my student’s comprehension. Assessment often focused only on midterms and end of season tests so that the student's score was too unbalanced. Realizing this weakness, I changed the teaching model; I  prepared the material better, used the help of powerpoint, and at the end of the lecture, I gave home reading assignments. To see the feedback, on the next meeting, I made a short test in accordance with the reading assignment of the lecture material that had been agreed before with the students as much as 5 questions with about 15 minutes. Next, it was checked together by the students after I distributed the key answer so that each student immediately knew the results of learning. Learning process and class discussions had been more effective because students had prepared the material first. There are some positive impacts supported by the latest method that are experienced in my teaching process, those are: (1) Students are found to be more diligent, disciplined, and preparing better for the test; (2) Students no longer study temporarily only when facing the final exam, but they do it sustainably so the achievement of learning objective becomes more effective; (3) class discussions are more developed, values are less unequal among students, and the value is more objective based on average weekly test scores.
