Born at small village in Sibreh,  Aceh Besar in 1973 and studied in islamic schooling for basic, yunior and high school level. Completed the  graduate  at Departemen of Economics and Development in Faculty of Economics and Bussiness, Syiah Kuala University in 1995 by thesis the impact of export and import for Aceh Economics growth 1970-1990 in oil booming era. Following in 1997 apointed  as Lecturer in  Departement of Economics and Development studies for specialization in Development Economics and two years later appointed as the Chief of Center of Development Studies, one of think-tank in research and studies for development issues in Aceh . Completed  master degree in 2010 at Economics Department  of School of Social Science, Science University of Malaysia under JBIC Scholarship Program  on Resources Economics. had served as the Project Director of Syiah Kuala University on 1997-1998 and several position in Indonesian state enterprise ( BUMN) such as the Investment Commite in PT Pusri Palembang ( 2011-2014), the Head Advisor for PT Semen Aceh Indonesia ( 2017-  ).
