Mahlil was born in Banda Aceh on November 06, 1987. He completed undergraduate program in 2010 at Civil Engineering Department of Syiah Kuala University in the field of building structure. In the year 2010 - 2014 he studied at Postgraduate Program in Civil Engineering Department of Syiah Kuala University. In 2018, He was appointed as Lecturer in the Civil Engineering Department. The research interest on: Reinforced Concrete Structures, Retrofitting, Lightweight Concrete, Ultra High Strenght Concrete (UHPC), Masonry and Sustainable Building Materials.
