Masrizal is a lecturer and researcher Department of Sociology, Faculty of Social Science, and Political Universitas Syiah Kuala, experts on the Sociology of Gender. Popular books have been published of the works is the control of social issues Through local wisdom born from the results of research and public service. Besides that I also wrote other works associated with social conflict and the issue of empowerment of women/gender. So now I've produce six books with ISBN. The two of them as editor and main writer and 3 as friends, and one of his own works, as well as the journal with ISSN born of their own thinking and work of research and public service. scientific papers in the form of proceedings there are two one Musrena title and national development planning e-dictionary-based musrenbang (Development Policy study on Gender Berspektif in Banda Aceh) on publikusi by APSSI and laboratory Sociology UNAND, while one international title are Musrena And E-Musrembang Dictionary-Based Development Planning Against the Gender Perspective Policy. Publication of the work focuses on gender sociology studies. Some of the articles that have been published include (1) The Bargaining Position of Women in Village Fund Management in Balee Inong. (2) Balee Inong Community Based Social Movement through Musrena and Musrenbang domains (3). Opportunities And Challenges of Women Legislative Candidates on Elections in Banda Aceh. Now in the process of two other articles being in the revision stage on a Scopus indexed journal. While in book form in 2019 was published one as an editor with the title of the book "Mapping Conflict Aceh from the perspective of multidisciplinary and one as the author titled" Space and the New Society (a multidisciplinary study of the Acehnese).
