My name is Mayanti Mahdarsari, My nick name is Maya. I was born in Banda Aceh August 13 on 1985. I live in ulee kareng Banda Aceh. My husband name is M.Syahpurta, Az. I have three children, two daughters and one son. I was a graduate in the nursing faculty of Universitas Syiah Kuala Banda Aceh in 2009. My research when I bachelor degree is family nursing about description of punishment on children in the family. I was a graduate nursing management magister of Universitas Indonesia in 2014. My tesis quantitative research interest in nursing management about determinan nurse safety at Zainal Abidin Hospital in Banda Aceh. I am a lecturer at the nursing faculty of Universitas Syiah Kuala Banda Aceh since 2010, Aceh, Indonesia. My hobby is cooking, baked, gym and singing. My motto in life is Getting old doesn't mean losing youth, but a new chapter of chance and strength. I want to be a lecturer who have a teaching style that encourages learning, caring for the students, full disclosure, creativity, and flexibility have openness and have good, clear communication skills.
