My name is Megawati SE. MM, I was born in Banda Aceh,on May 16, 1971, completing diploma III of Cooperative Faculty of Economics Unsyiah (1994). She then continued his Bachelor Degree at Sekolah Tinggi Ekonomi in Banda Aceh (1995), majoring in Management. And in 2003 I completed the Master's Program in Master of Management Unysiah. I was appointed as one lecturer in the faculty of Economics and Business in 2006, until now in the department of Management S1 with the concentration of Human Resource Management. In 2010, until 2014, I had held the position of secretary of Diploma III Program of Management of the Company. Furthermore, my position is extended until June 2017.   I teach some courses of organizational behavior, management,  introduction to business, industrial relations, business planning, small and medium business management, business communication and business ethics, Management Information System, microfinance, report writing methods
