Professional Summary
Mirza was born in Tualang Cut Aceh Tamiang on July 31, 1981. He completed his undergraduate degree in Psychology Department of Proklamasi 45 Yogyakarta University in 2005. In the same year, he continued his post graduate study in Psychology Department of Gadjah Mada University Yogyakarta with concentration in industrial and organization psychology. Currently, Mirza is a lecturer at the Psychology Department of the Faculty of Medicine, Syiah Kuala University since 2008. His specificitaion is in the field of science of psychology of industry and organization, management, and social psychology.
