Monalisa,have expertise in community development especially in agriculture extension and have the experience and active in the areas of human ecology. Graduate Bachelor Degree from Agribussiness of Agriculture Faculty (2000),Magister Degree from Development Communication Studies of Bogor Agriculture Institut (IPB) in 2003 and Doctoral Degree from Environmental and Natural Resources Management of North Sumatera University. Others activities namely in Community Development such as; Japan International Cooperation System (JICS) as Public Relation Division, Aceh Recovery Forum (ARF), Dewan Pengawas BRR NAD - NIAS (Communication Officer) , International Office Affair (IOA) UNSYIAH and now also a member of  Aceh Climate Change Initiative (ACCI) UNSYIAH researcher.
