Muhammad Isa is a lecturer and researcher at Physics Department, Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences, University of Syiah Kuala, Banda Aceh, Indonesia. He obtained his B. Sc. (1999) in Physics from Universitas Syiah Kuala, Banda Aceh - Indonesia. Then, M Sc. (2005) in Geophysics from Universitas Gadjah Mada, Yogyakarta, Indonesia, and his Ph D. (2014) from University of Science Malaysia, Penang, Malaysia.
The research interesting on the development of overlay technique for the determine potential geothermal area based on geosciences and remote sensing data. He has produced publications in geothermal research; journals, proceedings and books.
