My name is Mukhlis. I was born in Peukan Bada, Aceh Besar, Dec. 2, 1962. I completed my elementary school at SDN Lampageue, Peukan Bada, Aceh Besar, in 1974, graduated from SMPN 3 Banda Aceh in 1977 and senior secondary education at SPGN Banda Aceh year 1981. I completed the S1 program in Indonesian  Language and Literature,   FKIP Unsyiah, in 1986. I was graduate from Postgraduate Program of Padjadjaran University, Bandung, 1993, with the concentration of Literary Science, Main Study Field is Philology (Classical Literature Study ). I was appointed a lecturer at FKIP Unsyiah in 1988 in the Literary Science course. I have a family, have one wife, Suhartina, S.Pd., M.Pd, and have one son, Rizki Alfi Syahril, S.E., M.Acc. In the last 5 years I have participated more in the implementation of cooperative and fun learning through training and mentoring teachers from various levels in several districts in Aceh to facilitate their implementation of the Curriculum 2013 in schools. In 2017, I had attend a Training for Lecturer of Institute of Teacher Training & Education Personnel (ITTEP) at JICA Tokyo Inyternational Center, Ocotber 29 - November 29, 2017. This training helm me in improving my knowledge and ability on how to make a learning community at school and how to develop lesson study for learning community.
