Professional Summary

I am a permanent lecturer at  Management Department, Faculty of Economics and Business,  Syiah Kuala University.  I finished my undergraduate in 2004 at Department of Management, Syiah Kuala University. In 2007, I completed  master degree at Magister Management, Syiah Kuala University  and then continued my education at the doctoral level in 2015. Further,  I got my doctorate from the School of Business Management, Universiti Utara Malaysia in 2019. I have a specialization in the field of Human Resource Management. As for some of the research, I have written articles related to the Leadership, Knowledge Management, Islamic Work Ethic, Innovation,  Entrepreneurial Orientation, Organizational Change, Service of  Government  and or Public Sector, and etc.
