Munawar khalil was born in banda aceh on October 06, 1960. Graduated from the Department of Soil Science at the faculty of agriculture of Shia kuala University (USK) in 1984, and a master's program in Soil Fertility at the Bogor Agricultural Institute in the year 1991. In 1986 was appointed as lecturer of the field of agricultural science faculty bogor in 1991. In 1986 was appointed as a lecturer of the field of agricultural science faculty USK. And in 2003 as head lecturer as well as the rank of primary coach (IV / d) since 2008. In the year 2000 to 2003 was appointed as vice dean II in the Faculty of agriculture and from 2004 to 2008 as chairman of the institution of dedication to the USK community.
