I am a lecturer and researcher at Physics Department of Mathematics and Natural Science Faculty (FMIPA) Syiah Kuala University since 1997. Undergraduate Program (S1) was completed in 1995 at Department of Physics FMIPA Unsyiah, while graduate (S2) in 1997 and doctoral programs (S3) in 2006 were completed at  Department of Physics FMIPA Bandung Institute of Technology (ITB). Since 2014 I have served as the head of Physics Graduate study program at the Syiah Kuala University. The area of ??expertise currently occupied is the physics of electronics materials. Several studies have been conducted: (1) Fabrication of tandem a-SiC solar cells: H / a-SiH by Plasma Enhanced Chemical Vapor Deposition (PECVD) method, (2) Effect of Filament Temperature on Thin Layer Characteristics of a-SiGe:H Thin Films Deposited by HWC-PECVD Technique (3) Catalytic Carbon Submicron Fabrication Using Home-Built Very High Frequency Plasma Enhanced Chemical Vapor Deposition (4) Effect of P-Layer Thickness on Distribution Profile of Carrier on a-Si:H based Solar Cells, (5) The Effect of Reaction Pressure on Characteristics of a-SiGe:H Thin Films Deposited by PECVD and HWC-PECVD Technique.
