Lecturer in Management Department at Faculty of Economics and Business Syiah Kuala University since years 2000, with scientific concentration in Human Resource Management and Organizational Behavior. Bachelor of Economics degree in Management science was graduated from Faculty of Economics Syiah Kuala University in 1996. Master of Management degree was graduated in 2000 in Syiah Kuala University postgraduate program. Has a certificate of government procurement expertise, and also active as a board in the sports and youth organizations in Aceh Province.

In addition to taking courses in Human Resource Management and Organizational Behavior, for a long time also active in any organizations. Now i'am also active in any public organizations. I served as the Treasurer in Aceh Province of Indonesian Motor Association, and also as the General Secretary of the Aceh Province Petanque Sports Management. Therefor, in professional organization I am as Deputy Chairman II of the Banda Aceh Bachelor of Economics (ISEI) Branch
