Tentang Saya (About Me)

Lecturer at agricultural engineering department, Syiah Kuala University since 2005. In the year of 2004, I graduated with a bachelors degree in agricultural engineering from Syiah Kuala University, Banda Aceh-Indonesia. In 2008, I graduated my Master degree from Georg-August-Universitaet Goettingen, Germany. My research topics particularly: post harvest technology, image processing and machine vision particularly in agricultural area, automation and biorobotics in order to investigate the working principles of biological systems, plant phenotyping of plants using different imaging techniques, such as: 2D and 3D camera, fluorescence, thermal camera, near infrared camera, hyperspectral camera, laser imaging, MRI, PET, CT. Moreover, application of laser technology for weeds, fruits, vegetables and flowers.
