Nurul Hidayati was born in Banda Aceh on April 24, 1995. She completed his high school education at SMAN 1 Banda Aceh. She completed his S1 Bachelor's degree at the Department of Animal Husbandry, Faculty of Agriculture, Syiah Kuala University in 2017 and earned a Master of Science degree in Master of Animal Science, Faculty of Agriculture, Syiah Kuala University in 2022. She was appointed as lecturer at Syiah Kuala University in 2024. She has special interest in the field of livestock processing technology
