Tentang Saya (About Me)
I was born in Dumai, Riau, April 8th 1985. I obtained my bachelor in nursing at the Universitas Andalas in West Sumatera (2009). In 2011-2013, I pursued my postgraduate nursing program at Universitas Indonesia, West Java, under Nursing Leadership and Management Department. I starter my career as a lecturer since 2009 in Riau by teaching in the nursing diploma program. In 2014, I decided to be a lecturer at Universitas Syiah Kuala. I am interested in research about Management & Leadership in Nursing; Safety & Quality in Healthcare, Interprofessional Education (IPE) & Collaboration (IPC), Patient Centered Care (PCC) and Blended Learning
