Dr. Ir. Romano; completed Bachelor of Agriculture at the Department of Agriculture Socio Economic, Faculty of Agriculture, Syiah Kuala University. Completed Master Program in Agricultural Economics Study Program, in 1994. Completed Doctoral Program at Unpad PPS in 2004. Becoming Lecturer In Agricultural Socioeconomic Department, Faculty of Agriculture Unsyiah in 1989 until now. Fields of Research Interest in agribusiness, Plantation Management, Agroforestry and agricultural development. Facilitating community groups to obtain IG especially for leading commodities of horticultural crops and plantations. Since 2006 active as experts on several SKPD within the Government of Aceh. Since 2000 become vice dean of Agricultur Faculty at Alwaslyiah University, and on 2004 until 2008 became Head of Department of Agribusiness Management Diploma III  at Syiah Kuala University. from 2009 to 2012, became Deputy Director of Diploma III  from. 2013 to 2014 became Director of Diploma III ,and from 2014 to 2016 became vice Director of Master Program of Agribusiness Syiah Kuala University.
