Rosa Galica Gita Gressia has been working as a lecturer at the Faculty of Nursing, Syiah Kuala University since 2024. She has degrees her Bachelor of Nursing, Ners Profession, and Master of Nursing (Nursing Management), from the Faculty of Nursing, Syiah Kuala University. Her main research interests are on the topics of Bonding Attachment in Postpartum Mothers, Qualitative Research Methods, Workplace Violence in Emergency Department, Simulation Learning Methods, Teamwork as Learning Methods.
