My research interests are related to radiation science (medical physics), specially in the field of dosimetry, medical, and the effects of radiation on the environment. Several studies have been conducted on doped fiber as dosimetry, quality assurance for X-ray machines, and radiation protection. Beside that, the research also to monitor radon quality in several locations in Banda Aceh city, monitoring the implementation of quality control on radiology installations in several hospitals. Furthermore, research on the effects of electromagnetic and environmental radiation waves and conducting radiation surveys arising from the industry in the framework of technology disaster mitigation, which needs to reduce the negative impact on humans and the environment. My collaborative research has been done with the School of Physics USM and PTKMR (Center for Radiation Safety and Metrology Technology) BATAN. Other academic activities, are active in Radiation workshops such as those held at University of Indonesia and Pertamina Hospital Jakarta, Malaysia Institute of Nuclear Technology Research (MINT), South East Asian Federation of Organization for Medical Physics (SEACOMP), International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA).
