My name is Rusli Yusuf, Rusli is my nick name. I was born 10th February 1957 in Pidie District of Aceh Pidie. I am a lecturer in Civic Education Department Teacher Training and Education Faculty Syiah Kuala of University. I have been a state servant since 1985, but before that I completed my bachelor degree in Civic Education in 1983. and then, I have get master degree at program environment educational at IKIP Jakarta 11th oktober in 1991. I have a take doctoral program an the same university of IKIP Jakarta on 4th july 2001 on Education program of Population and Environment.
