Professional Summary
Sabri was born in Meureudu on May 2, 1972 but grew up in Banda Aceh. He received his Bachelor Degree in 1997 at Mechanical Engineering Department from Syiah Kuala University, Banda Aceh Indonesia. Upon the completion of his Bachelor Degree, he started his career as a junior lecturer at the same institution where he graduated from. He continued his further study in Aeronautics and Astronautics Engineering Department at Bandung Institute of Technology, Bandung, where he was awarded a master degree. During his tenure as a lecturer, he taught at the Mechanical Engineering Department of Syiah Kuala University. His research interest is mainly in the area of sound and vibration control, particularly in the development of indegenous material for sound control applications.
