My name is Safrizal Rahman born in Kutacane, April 09, 1971, currently I am serving as a medical staff of Surgery at General Hospital dr. Zainoel Abidin. Graduated Bachelor of Medicine (S.ked) at Syiah Kuala University Darussalam Banda Aceh on November 1, 1995. has completed the Master of Health (M. Kes) in the Ministry of Education National University of Airlangga Surabaya on July 3, 2007. Graduated Orthopedic & Traumatology Surgery at Airlangga University Faculty of Medicine Surabaya on July 24, 2008. Then since 2011 is continuing Doctoral Education (S3) in Post-Graduate Padjadjaran University. Since 2000 until now a permanent lecturer of Syiah Kuala University.
